About Us
HISTORY--
Since its inception in 2003, the Foundation has:
· Funded numerous scholarships for students at Bethune Cookman University, Daytona Beach, FL
· Provided funding for projects within the College of Engineering's Department of Marine and Environmental Systems at Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL
· Provided funding for senior design projects in the College of Engineering in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL
· Contributed to the MOSE Venice Floodgate Project through The Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California, San Diego
· Provided funding to support marine science education for youth through Marine Discovery Center, New Smyrna Beach, FL
· Aided "Foundation" students to obtain internships in both government and industry
· Contributed to various humanitarian and disaster relief organizations
